Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Rogue ABA is seeking a compassionate, motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. We are looking for someone to work with clients in San Tan Valley and Florence. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and families and want to make a meaningful, lasting impact through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.About RogueABA Rogue ABA is committed to delivering high-quality, ethical, and individualized ABA services. We value collaboration, professional growth, and a supportive work culture where technicians are respected, trained, and supported by experienced BCBAs.ResponsibilitiesImplement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and/or community settings.Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior.
