Responsibilities Kingfisher is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer who will work closely with each technology and business team to bring about positive changes in the culture, processes, people, and technology. This person will develop, lead, and implement an enterprise-level DevSecOps strategy that incorporates Appian, .Net, MicroStrategy, and RPA, as well as any future technologies that come under consideration. They will promote DevSecOps practices and principles, including the adoption of automation, collaboration, testing, and feedback loops. They will be the Senior expert tasked with providing guidance and coaching to team members across the government agency footprint regarding DevSecOps best practices, tooling, and techniques. Experience is required in developing and maintaining technical documentation, training, and communications related to DevSecOps processes and tools. Senior DevSecOps Engineer will continuously evaluate emerging technologies and standards to inform future DevSecOps strategy. Required QualificationsUnderstand technical details and be able to relay those details to a diverse audience, many of which are not technical.Governance skills and be able to create a program around DevSecOps.Expert with thorough knowledge of Information Technology (IT) practices and a deep understanding of how they impact business operations.Knowledge of Appian, .Net, Microstrategy, UiPath, M365Experience with Python, Git (with knowledge of branching strategies), Jenkins, networkingStrong knowledge of DevSecOps methodologies and best practices.Experience building and implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevSecOps, Puppet, and AnsibleUnderstanding of containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and KubernetesExperience with cloud infrastructure, such as AWS, AzureExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence others and promote a DevSecOps culture within the organizationUnderstanding and experience with Zero TrustUnderstanding and knowledge of Cybersecurity policies and proceduresStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsMust be eligible for a high-level Public TrustMust be willing and able to successfully work remotely Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years Degree Requirement: Bachelors Degree Minimum Clearance Requirement: Eligible for high-level Public Trust U.S. Citizenship: Required Kingfisher Systems, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
