Job TitleResponsible for daily operations of the Order Team to ensure all Customer Orders are received and processed in a timely and accurate manner. Responsible for support Regional Sales Managers (RSM) with customer data and information relating to customer accounts. Must provide exceptional Customer Service and proactive communication to Customers regarding their Sales Orders. Will generate and track Purchase Orders.Skills and Qualifications RequiredOrder ProcessingProcess Customer OrdersBe knowledgeable on product options and configurations to support Customer Orders.Maintaining strong relationships with Customers/ Regular Customer communication: answering questions, status updatesWarehouse Operations supportInventory Control and ManagementProcessing Orders on a FIFO (First In First Out) Basis.Experience with Cycle Counts, Annual Inventory Counts, Creating/ Submit Purchase Orders, Process GRVs (Good Receiving Value)Freight and Logistics SupportManaging LCL Shipments (Less than Container Load)Creating Customs Documents for International ShipmentsProcessing Parcel Shipments on UPS/USPSRequesting quotes for special shipping (ie. Air Freight)Education: HS DiplomaCertifications and Licenses: None Required
