Senior Staff Desktop Systems Engineer

Job Description: Define and own the technical direction and standards for Windows and macOS endpointsDesign scalable, secure, and supportable endpoint architectures using modern management platformsLead and manage complex endpoint projects from planning to executionPartner with Security, Infrastructure, Manufacturing IT, and R&D teams to ensure endpoint solutions meet compliance, validation, and audit requirementsAct as the senior technical escalation point for complex endpoint issuesEstablish and enforce endpoint standards, best practices, and lifecycle processes to drive consistencyDevelop and enforce systems policies, procedures, and standards to ensure optimal performance and securityMentor and influence senior engineers through technical guidance, design reviews, and best-practice alignment.Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical disciplineMinimum of 13+ years related experience or a Master's degree and 8+ years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 5+ years of experienceStrong, hands-on endpoint engineer with deep expertise in Windows and macOS endpoint platformsAdvanced scripting and automation capabilities, with proven expertise in PowerShell, Python, and BashStrong experience designing and operating endpoint management solutions using tools such as Intune, MECM, and JamfProficiency in endpoint security, hardening, and configuration management.Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to translate root cause analysis into durable engineering solutionsAbility to influence without authority and mentor other engineers through design reviews and best-practice guidance.Benefits: A full and comprehensive benefits programGrowth opportunities on a global scaleAccess to career development through in-house learning programs and/or qualified tuition reimbursementAn exciting and innovative, industry-leading organization committed to our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.
