Know Boundaries is seeking a full-timeBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)to join our growing team. This telehealth position supports families across Tennessee and surrounding states.

What You’ll DoProvide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs
Conduct assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Analyze data and update programming to ensure meaningful client progress
Provide parent training and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Support and mentor clinical staff through ongoing feedback and training
Maintain high standards for ethical practice and documentation compliance
QualificationsMaster’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Active BCBA certification
Licensed in the state of practice (KY, AR, MO, or AL depending on posting)
Licensed in Tennessee or willing to obtain Tennessee licensure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
