This position assists with scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of project activities, ensuring materials, inspections, and documentation are organized and completed on time. The role involves tracking progress, preparing reports, supporting permitting processes, and collaborating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain clear communication. The Assistant Project Manager also helps manage logistics, monitors compliance with safety and quality standards, and addresses day-to-day issues to keep projects moving efficiently.QualificationsCandidates should possess skills related to expediting and Expeditor responsibilities, including coordinating materials, documentation, and approvals.Candidates should possess skills related to Project Management, including scheduling, budgeting support, and stakeholder coordination.Candidates should possess skills related to Inspection, including assisting with quality checks, site visits, and compliance documentation.Candidates should possess skills related to Logistics Management, including tracking deliveries, managing site resources, and supporting efficient workflows.Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse project teams.Proficiency with project management software and common office productivity tools.Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements; prior experience in commercial or industrial construction is a plus.
