A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Advocate - After Hours - Remote CA.
Key Responsibilities
Field inbound calls from members and providers for assessment and triage
Assess patients and determine appropriate levels of care based on medical necessity
Manage inpatient mental health cases throughout the entire treatment plan
Required Qualifications
Independent, Licensed Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage/Family Counseling, OR Licensed Ph.D., with 2+ years of experience in behavioral health
Residence and licenses must be independent, active, and unrestricted in the State of California
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to talk and type simultaneously while navigating multiple screens
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays according to the schedule
