Senior Zscaler Engineer -Role PurposeAs a Senior Zscaler Engineer, you'll design, implement, and optimize Zscaler ZIA and ZPA platforms. You'll define our secure access strategy, balancing technical excellence with business needs, while documenting best practices.Key Responsibilities1. Provide Strategic Consultation :- Provide and document best practices for support and troubleshooting related to Zscaler-based secure access solutions- Provide technical input shaping product future2. Technical Excellence:- Optimize Zscaler configurations for evolving business needs- Stay current with platform updates, recommending improvements- Lead process optimization through automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)3. Problem Solving:- Resolve high-priority L2/L3 incidents- Provide expert guidance on complex issues4. Collaboration & Growth:- Work cross-functionally to integrate security solutions- Document best practices for becoming proficient in Zscaler support5. Knowledge Transfer:- Create and maintain documentation for Zscaler best practices- Establish a knowledge base for common Zscaler issues and solutions- Conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions on Zscaler technologiesRequired Qualifications- 5+ years in cloud security/network infrastructure, focusing on Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA)- Proven senior-level expertise in Zscaler platform management- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and security frameworks- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and IaC - Terraform is preferred- Proficiency in IT Service Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)- Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills- Demonstrated ability to develop junior staff in technical skills, especially Zscaler- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field- Fluency in English; additional languages beneficialPreferred Qualifications- Zscaler certifications (ZIA, ZPA)- Cloud security certifications (AWS, Azure, CISSP, etc.)- Track record of driving improvements in agile environments- Experience creating and delivering technical training programsRequired Skills : Amazon Web Services (AWS)Basic Qualification :Additional Skills :Background Check : NoDrug Screen : No
