Cook/Prep
*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Prep Cook will assist in the preparation of various dishes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the kitchen. *Duties* - Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats - Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate meal preparation - Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety guidelines - Support the culinary team in menu planning and meal preparation *Requirements* - Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures - Proficiency in working with kitchen tools such as knives and food processors - Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred - Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from chefs and supervisors - Familiarity with menu planning and dietary department operations is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
