Position: Director of Education We are looking for a Director of Education who will play a vital role in shaping curriculum excellence and teacher development across our centers. This is a classroom-focused leadership position-you'll spend about 80% of your time in early learning classrooms, modeling best practices and coaching teachers. The remaining time is dedicated to administrative tasks, data analysis, and planning professional development.
