Job Title: Part-Time Lifestyles AssociateLocation: Ellijay, GAPosition OverviewWe are seeking a creative, organized, and energetic Part-Time Lifestyles Associate to support our Lifestyles Director in creating engaging events and activities for our community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys event planning, working with people, and contributing to a vibrant community environment.The Lifestyles Associate plays an important role in helping bring events and programs to life—from planning and promotion to setup and execution. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to be part of a fun, collaborative team.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Lifestyles Director with planning, organizing, and implementing community events, programs, and activitiesHelp with event setup and tear-down, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and event materialsDesign and distribute flyers, announcements, and promotional materials for upcoming eventsProvide on-site support during events to ensure activities run smoothly and guests have a positive experiencePrepare activity spaces and organize materials needed for programsEngage with residents and guests in a friendly and professional mannerAssist with other projects and administrative tasks as needed to support the Lifestyles programQualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasksCreative mindset with an interest in events, activities, or community programmingAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamBasic computer skills required; experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plusAbility to assist with light lifting and event setupSchedulePart-time position with flexible hoursSome evening or weekend availability may be required based on event schedulesWhy Join Our TeamOpportunity to help create memorable experiences for residentsFun, social, and collaborative work environmentFlexible schedulingA role where creativity and ideas are welcomed
