Process Engineer

The candidate for this position will be responsible for monitoring the operations of our systems, including quality and compliance. The candidate should also be able to recommend improvements to the process through the tracking of metrics and reporting of data. The candidate should definitely have strong technical abilities in order to succeed in this role. ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support as necessaryEstablish process metrics and goalsDevelop and issue process designsDevelop standard operating procedures (SOPs), process control plans, and conduct risk assessments (e.g., PFMEA) to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering3-5 Years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Techniques, and data analysis toolFamiliarity with process controlExcellent written and oral skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively
