As a Maintenance Technician, each day will be different than the other. A day in the life includes but is not limited to: Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.) Perform on-call emergency service as required Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris Who and what skills are we looking for? A minimum of 1 year of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns Basic to moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills EPA Type II or Universal is preferred Energetic, responsible and organized A true team-player mentality Maxx Properties Overview: MAXX Properties owns and manages multifamily apartment communities in six states nationwide.
