Their team are committed to providing a collaborative and comprehensive approach to problem-solving, delivering tailored technical solutions to meet diverse client needs.Position Overview: Civil/Structural EngineerAs a Civil/Structural Engineer, you will collaborate with a team of engineers to deliver high-quality design solutions and technical support across a variety of projects.Key ResponsibilitiesWork within established project schedules and deadlinesReview and apply relevant design criteria, codes, and standardsDefine project scope and clearly establish deliverablesDesign and analyze foundations for heavy equipment and structural systemsDesign and evaluate industrial buildings, including mill structuresDevelop fall protection systems in compliance with OSHA standardsPerform structural modifications and upgrades to crane runways, including load capacity analysis and reinforcement designConduct structural analysis using industry-standard software and methodologiesPrepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reportsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (PE licensure not required)3–5 years of experience applying civil/structural engineering principlesAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsStrong communication skills, including the ability to interface with clients regarding project status and deliverablesWillingness to travel to client sites for meetings and data collectionTechnical SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorksFamiliarity with STAAD or similar structural analysis softwareKnowledge of applicable industry codes and standards (e.g., Technical Report No. 13, CMAA, AIST TR-6, AISC)Experience working in heavy industrial or manufacturing environments preferred
