Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active Arizona Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient orthopedics required. Candidate must demonstrate competency evaluating and treating musculoskeletal conditions and developing functional, discharge-focused treatment plans. Experience with electronic medical record documentation, including goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry. Ability to supervise and delegate to rehabilitation aides and students. Participation in student clinical education is preferred. Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education as required by the Arizona Practice Act. Demonstrated commitment to patient and employee safety, including safe patient handling and infection control practices. Two or more years of clinical experience in an outpatient or orthopedic setting is preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Outpatient. Shift pattern: 5x8. Primary specialty: Physical Therapist, outpatient orthopedic focus. Assignment duration: 13 week assignment. Number of positions available: 2.
