We are seeking a dynamic Training Coordinator to enhance our training programs and drive excellence in Power Generation. Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and monitor training programs within Power Generation.Oversee training and qualification/requalification programs for General Employee Training.Manage Learning Management System (SAP LSO), NANTel, and VISION Database/Online Exam platforms.Support and improve Web-based Training functionality.Continuously enhance learning processes using best practices. RequirementsExperience in administering training programs and proctoring online exams.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.Ability to work independently and think critically. PreferencesStrong written and verbal communication skills.Experience with SAP data management.Familiarity with Apprenticeship training programs.Excellent time management skills.Ability to identify and improve process and program inefficiencies.
