This posting is for Night and Weekend Shifts including: Sunday - Thursday; 5:00pm-1:30am. Positions may be eligible for shift differential if majority of hours fall with the following hours worked. Second shift differential rate (7.5%) applies when half or more of the scheduled work hours fall between 4:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. Third shift differential rate (14%) applies when half or more of the scheduled work hours fall between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Weekend differential rate (20%) applies when more than half of the scheduled shift hours fall on a weekend shift. Class Code & Classification Description: (New) D8B1TX - CUSTODIAN I MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Six months of experience* in custodial work or closely-related work. This experience includes but not limited to sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, general dusting and vacuuming within an office/school environment. *This experience must be substantiated within the Work Experience section of your application.
