Role Description RCW Energy Services is seeking a dedicated Hydrovac Operator for a full-time on-site role based in Longview, TX. The Hydrovac Operator will operate heavy equipment to perform hydrovac excavation, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and maintaining equipment, adhering to safety standards, assisting with excavation activities, and providing excellent customer service while on job sites. Qualifications Proficiency in Excavation and expertise in operating Heavy EquipmentUnderstanding of safety protocols and experience with Fall ProtectionBackground in Commercial Construction practices and processesStrong Customer Service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clientsPhysical ability to perform job-related duties, including working in various weather conditionsValid commercial driver's license (CDL) is highly preferredAbility to work in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
