Must possess a passion for providing high-quality care and education.ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operation of the school Ensure the health & safety of all children and staffSupervise staff and ensure policy complianceDevelop and execute marketing plans in order to meet/maintain enrollment goalsPerform marketing tasks, including enrollment and toursManage financial tasks, including tuition collection, and center expenses within budgetInterview and onboard new staffMaintain and enforce state licensing regulations and policy complianceReport to the Center Owner/Executive Director QualificationsDegree in Early Childhood Education or related program Experience working in a licensed childcare facilityManagement ExperienceComplete required Director training(s)Must possess strong communication skillsThe ability to evaluate and resolve conflictOrganized and detail-orientedEnergetic and FlexibleShows initiative; strong work ethicStrong leadership and interpersonal skills.Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentCPR and First Aid Certified (preferred)Must pass a criminal background check This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
