Then consider joining our amazing team!JOB OVERVIEW:This Client Executive role will be working with clients directly and with EPIC Financial Services team members across client service and new business functions. Responsibilities will include supporting renewal and consulting processes, building proposals, meeting day-to-day client needs, and assisting on projects critical to existing client or new business opportunities. Success in this role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, ability to work well in a team, drive and an eagerness to learn.  The candidate must be able to function well in a fast-paced, high standard environment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare the client’s renewal process, including exposure analysis (e.g., reviews census/experience data, contractual requirements for insurance), strategy sessions with internal teams, producers and the client, obtaining and evaluating quotes, preparing proposals, and reviewing insurance binders and policies Request required information to start the renewal process from both the customer and carrierGather, review and organize information to complete renewal submissions based on client's unique business needsReview renewal quotes for accuracy and ensure customer's exposures are adequately coveredParticipate in new business development and proposals with producer as neededConduct insurance consulting assignments on behalf of clientsMaintain trackers and pipelines for clients and/or prospectsMaintain sales support systems, trackers and pipelines for clients and/or prospectsWork collaboratively with producers, placements teams and technical assistants to deliver best-in-class service to clients QUALIFICATIONS:College degree preferredA minimum of 5 years of commercial Property & Casualty (General Liability, Automobilie, Workers’ Compensation, Umbrella, Property) experience in mid-size brokerage or carrier Prior experience working with financial services, real estate, and/or natural resources/infrastructure preferredKnowledge of insurance coverage forms, policy structure, and terminologyMust have working knowledge of a variety of Microsoft Office computer software applications to include word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software Strong attention to detailWorks well with a teamSelf-starter and takes initiativeDemonstrated time management skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize workAble to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skillsCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:Current Property and Casualty Broker LicenseCOMPENSATION: The national average salary  for this role is $130 000.00 - $155 000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits.
