#20568 - WMS QA Lead

Date: 17 Nov 2025 Company: Qualitest Group Country/Region: US Qualitest seeking an experienced WMS QA Lead to support a large-scale legacy modernization and cloud migration initiative. This role requires deep expertise in Warehouse Management Systems, strong knowledge of supply chain operations, and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple technical and operational teams. Experience with robotic distribution center automation is highly preferred. This is a full-time, permanent remote position based in the United States. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for WMS modules and system interfaces Lead execution of functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing across key WMS functions (receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, etc.) Collaborate closely with IT, operations, vendors, and cross-functional project teams Manage and track defects using JIRA or similar tools; maintain full requirements-to-test traceability Provide clear and consistent communication of testing progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders Produce QA metrics, reporting, and dashboards for leadership visibility Support performance and load testing efforts to validate system scalability and responsiveness Continuously identify opportunities to enhance QA processes, automation, and tooling Required Qualifications Hands-on experience testing WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan), including 2+ years in a QA Lead capacity Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain workflows, and system integration points Experience with API/interface testing and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium) Experience testing cloud-based WMS platforms and SaaS environments Strong experience with interface testing (REST, SOAP, JSON, Postman) Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA Zephyr, qTest, or equivalent Excellent communication skills for working with distributed and cross-functional teams Solid experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities Must-Have Skills Extensive experience as a WMS QA Lead with deep knowledge of WMS and supply chain technologies Exposure to robotic distribution center (DC) automation Strong coordination and communication skills for working across diverse teams Benefits Why QualiTest?
