Senior Data Layer Engineer, Streaming & Durability

Compass is seeking a Senior Engineer for the Streaming & Durability team to own the data layer that powers thousands of tenants. You will design and operate the database and caching fleet, build tenant-safe SDKs, and lead large-scale upgrades and streaming infrastructure.You will work across Terraform, Kubernetes, and IAM-heavy AWS environments, advocating safe, scalable patterns for engineers company-wide.
