Superintendent - Commercial Construction - NH

Established General Contractor is looking for a Superintendent for Commercial Construction projects in Southern NH area to start ASAP! Client Details Specialize in Design/Build - Commercial, Warehouse, Medical, Financial, Retail, Automotive projects - both new construction & renovation work valued between $1-20M Ideal candidate is looking for an opportunity to grow professionally with an established company long term!*Apply online today and your resume will be considered within 48 hours of application* Description The Super is responsible for: Reviewing and coordinating construction drawings with tenants, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Supervising all construction activities on the project site Completing all required weekly documents, including but not limited to daily reports, photos, safety checklists, and toolbox talks Attending weekly job meetings with the team and clients Maintaining strict quality controls and performing regular quality inspections to ensure the final work product meets the highest quality standards Maintaining schedule and job site safety to ensure timely project completion Ensuring specified and approved products are being installed properly Monitoring daily project compliance with contract documents and safety regulations Managing project closeouts, including punch lists and final documentation Scheduling and coordinating all inspections, permits, sign-offs, and requests with local authorities Promoting teamwork by exhibiting dependability, responsibility, loyalty, flexibility, and a positive attitude MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
