Logistics Technician

Overview BBC Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Logistics Technician to support facility operations, maintenance activities, and property readiness across commercial and residential locations. In this hands-on role, you will help ensure that buildings, equipment, and operational areas remain safe, clean, and fully functional. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy practical work, problem-solving, and contributing to efficient day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Perform routine facility inspections and preventative maintenance tasks Complete minor repairs involving doors, fixtures, lighting, equipment, and building components Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments through regular cleaning and upkeep Assist with property preparation, turnover projects, and operational readiness activities Identify maintenance concerns and take corrective action or escalate issues as needed Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in accordance with safety standards Support inventory organization and tracking of maintenance materials and equipment Remove waste, replenish supplies, and ensure facilities meet cleanliness standards Document completed maintenance tasks, inspections, and service requests Follow all company safety procedures, operational guidelines, and quality standards Requirements Previous experience in facility maintenance, janitorial services, logistics support, or a related field preferred Basic understanding of hand tools, maintenance procedures, and repair techniques Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently Physical ability to lift, carry, bend, stand, and perform manual labor throughout the workday Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting commercial properties, warehouses, or multi-site facilities Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, or building maintenance Experience using maintenance tracking or work-order systems Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or English/Russian) are a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Benefits & Perks Competitive pay with opportunities for overtime Performance-based bonuses and recognition programs Paid training and ongoing skill development Career growth opportunities within a growing company Supportive team environment with hands-on mentorship Paid time off and holiday benefits Consistent, year-round work schedule Company-provided tools and equipment (where applicable) Why Join BBC Services, Inc.?
