The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, be able to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, and be able to communicate effectively with customers. This position requires a high level of customer service, as well as the ability to think critically and solve complex problems. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Install and configure computer systems and networks. Perform regular maintenance on computers and networks. Test and diagnose computer problems. Provide technical support to customers and staff. Research new technologies to recommend upgrades or changes. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology developments.
