This role is essential in ensuring a seamless patient experience while supporting both front office operations and insurance processes.The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable communicating with patients and insurance providers, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and provide exceptional patient serviceAssist with front office operations and patient flowVerify dental and/or medical insurance coverageCoordinate with third-party billing company to ensure accurate claims processingManage insurance breakdowns, write-offs, and claims follow-upSupport treatment plan presentation and financial coordination when neededMaintain accurate patient records and documentationCollaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure efficiencyQualificationsPrior dental or medical office experience requiredExperience with insurance verification and billing processes preferredStrong understanding of write-offs and insurance coordinationExcellent communication and customer service skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExperience with dental practice management software preferredWhat We're Looking ForA team player who thrives in a collaborative environmentSomeone dependable, proactive, and solution-orientedA professional who can balance patient care with administrative accuracyA candidate who takes pride in delivering a high-level patient experience
