Team members work closely with customers to address complex technical needs and provide high-quality, creative and responsive service.About the RoleWiki Valves is looking for a high-impact Valve Automation Engineer who thrives at the intersection of engineering, proposals, and sales.This role is ideal for someone who understands actuated valve packages inside and out and can turn that expertise into winning proposals, strong customer relationships, and profitable growth.Role Responsibilities🔹 Drive Project-Oriented Proposals & Win Work·        Lead development of technical and commercial proposals for actuated valve packages (Ball & Gate)·        Interpret specifications, datasheets, and EPC requirements·        Deliver competitive, compliant, and high win-rate bids🔹 Engineer Smart Solutions·        Design and specify actuator systems (mostly Pneumatic/ High-pressure gas)·        Propose / design application-based control systems for valve actuators·        Ensure compliance with API, ASME, NACE, ISO, and other client specs🔹 Support Sales & Growth·        Engage during the closing stage of the sales process, to convert proposals into purchase orders·        Promote valve automation solutions to operators, EPCs, and integrators·        Provide technical presentations and consultative support, as necessary.🔹 Own the Numbers (Risk management)·        Build & Manage Cost models and Pricing Strategies·        Manage margins and identify cost optimization opportunities·        Balance competitiveness with profitabilityWhat You Bring·        10+ years in valve automation / actuated valve systems·        Strong experience in technical proposals & bid development·        Deep knowledge of: Valves (ball, gate, globe, control valves) Actuators & accessories (limit switches, solenoids, positioners)·        Experience in midstream oil & gas (pipelines, terminals, compressor stations)·        Background in control systems, and·        Commercial mindset (pricing, margins, customer-facing work)Why This Role Stands OutDirect impact on Wiki Valves’ value proposition and related revenue and growthBlend of technical + commercial ownershipExposure to major midstream operators and EPCsTo be a part of a growing business driven by innovation, emerging as a strong competitor in USA.
