Clinical Assistant

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, and compassionate Clinical Assistant to join our healthcare team at Acupuncture Health Network. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting clinical staff and ensuring a high-quality patient experience in an outpatient acupuncture setting. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in natural health and patient care. The Clinical Assistant supports both clinical and administrative operations, working closely with patients and staff to help ensure smooth daily flow and efficient care. This role will begin as part-time (Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, and every other Friday 9:00 AM–1:30 PM), with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position in the future. A three-month probationary period will apply, after which a raise may be granted. Requirements Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional and compassionate demeanor; basic computer proficiency. Prior healthcare or customer service experience preferred but not required.
