The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects, performing quantity take-offs, evaluating project budgets, and managing cost-related data. They will play a key role in liaising with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure project feasibility and financial accuracy. The role requires a high level of organization, communication, and attention to detail to support the successful delivery of projects.QualificationsProficiency in Construction Estimating and conducting accurate Quantity Take-offsStrong understanding of Cost Management and Budgeting for construction projectsExcellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, suppliers, and project teamsProven ability to work diligently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentFamiliarity with industry-standard estimating software and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferredExperience in commercial or light industrial construction is an advantage
