This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure supplier contracts, data usage, and compliance standards are maintained at the highest level.The ideal candidate brings strong experience in supplier management, contract compliance, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to proactively identify risks and drive process improvements across a complex, global supplier ecosystem.What You Will Be Responsible ForManage DTN’s global supplier portfolio, including exchange data suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and usage rightsMonitor and assess supplier risk profiles, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunitiesEnsure all supplier data usage complies with contractual terms and regulatory requirementsPartner with Product and Procurement teams to support supplier selection, contracting, and risk mitigation strategiesLead supplier compliance audits and manage ongoing supplier risk mitigation and escalation processesCoordinate implementation of regulatory and legislative changes impacting supplier contracts and data usageManage supplier-related operational processes, including RFPs, requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, and documentationMaintain organized, accurate, and accessible supplier and exchange documentationDevelop and deliver quarterly supplier compliance reports and insights to stakeholdersFacilitate training and drive internal awareness of supplier compliance requirementsPartner with Operations, Sales, and other stakeholders to support exchange compliance and customer data usage requestsReview and validate customer use cases to ensure compliance with exchange policies and licensing requirementsManage DataFeed Licensing Agreements (DFLA) to maintain ongoing complianceWhat You Will Bring To The PositionProven experience in supplier management, compliance, or procurement rolesStrong knowledge of supplier relationship management best practicesExperience interpreting and negotiating contracts, including services and goods agreementsFamiliarity with data contracts and compliance requirementsStrong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence across functionsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applicationsExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication, reporting, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across the organizationWhat Will Make You Stand OutExperience working with exchange data suppliers or market data complianceExperience supporting regulatory or ISO-aligned environmentsExperience managing complex, global supplier ecosystemsWhat You Can Expect From DTNCompetitive SalaryUnlimited PTOFlexible working hoursRemote work model (position dependent)Competitive Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Plans6% 401K matchingUnlimited access to 13k+ courses via learning platform to support employee career advancementEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)CompensationThe targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $73,500 and $97,500. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
