The program is run onsite at the elementary school. Over the nine weeks, participants learn the fundamentals of each sport while building teamwork and confidence. Our program is designed to foster self-acceptance, positive body image, and good sportsmanship through our unique empowerment journal. For girls in low-income areas, the program is offered at no cost to families.PlayFitThe PlayFit Enrichment Program is a weekly add-on designed to complement existing after-school programs, offering a fun and engaging way for 3rd-5th grade girls to stay active and build confidence.
