Fence Installation - Experienced Crew Foreman

Job Description Work with your hands in the great outdoors, while enjoying new scenery every day.Duties (Include but are not limited to):Lead, direct and train installers at jobsiteInteract with customers if needed and communicate with operations managerResponsible for quality and timeliness of installtionLoad and unload supplies on trucks in preparation for work dayFollow directions from crew leaders while developing skill setsInstall various types of fences, including wood, aluminum vinyl, and chain-linkMeasure and mark fence lines to ensure accurate installationDig post holes and set posts securely in the groundMix and pour concreteAttach fence panels or pickets to posts using appropriate hardwareCut and shape materials as needed to fit specific dimensionsRepair or replace damaged sections of existing fencesCollaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectivelySkills:Maintain a positive can-do attitude at all timesAbility to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyExcellent problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles during installation processEffective communication skills to work collaboratively with team membersNote: Prior experience as a fence installer is required.Additional training will be provided for candidates with relevant skills and a strong work ethic.
