You’ll lead a small but impactful team, streamline workflows, and continuously enhance how workplace services are delivered across the office.What You’ll Do:Lead & Elevate the Workplace ExperienceOversee daily operations of workplace services including concierge, print, and office servicesSet the tone for service excellence, ensuring a consistent, high-touch experience for employees and guestsAct as the primary owner of workplace requests, ensuring timely response, follow-through, and quality deliveryManage & Develop a High-Performing TeamLead, coach, and support a team of workplace professionals, fostering accountability and growthProvide real-time guidance and feedback to ensure service standards are consistently metPartner with leadership on performance management and ongoing team developmentDrive Operational ExcellenceOptimize workflows and service delivery to improve efficiency and responsivenessMaintain and enhance reporting and operational tracking using tools like Excel and OutlookEnsure workplace spaces, including conference rooms, pantries, and shared areas are consistently organized, stocked, and operating smoothlyCoordinate Workplace LogisticsOversee onboarding/offboarding workspace setup and employee movesManage seating, floor plans, and access needs across the officePartner with vendors and building management to proactively address workplace needsEnsure Seamless Daily OperationsManage scheduling, timecards, and coverage to ensure uninterrupted serviceTroubleshoot day-to-day operational challenges with a solutions-oriented mindsetKeep leadership informed on site performance, trends, and opportunities for improvementWhat You Bring:Experience in workplace operations, hospitality, or office services managementProven ability to lead and motivate a team in a service-focused environmentStrong organizational skills with a high attention to detailA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic settingComfort using Excel, Outlook, and learning new systems and toolsA polished, professional presence with a passion for delivering exceptional serviceWhy This RoleThis is more than just managing operations, it’s about shaping the daily experience of a workplace.
