Module Development Engineer - RF Test

Key Responsibilities Drive and develop testability and manufacturability of analog and/or RF products Design test boards with suppliers to test RF products Collaborate with customers to develop and optimize production testing Develop and debug software programs to drive advanced test equipment such as BERTS, scopes, and automatic test equipment (ATE) Perform ATE-to-DV correlation, debug functionality and performance issues Evaluate new analog IP designs on ATE and work with design and product development teams to identify and resolve functionality and performance issues Perform ATE and bench device characterization Release production test solutions that ensure product quality, yield optimization, and post‑release issue resolution Test and characterize analog circuits for power and thermals, including thermal profiling and recipe tuning for production thermal control Provide calibration for power delivery enabling power and performance binning Qualifications Minimum Qualifications US Citizenship required Ability to obtain and maintain US Government TS Security Clearance and SCI access Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years or Master’s degree and 2+ years or PhD and 0 years in electrical engineering or related STEM degree with 3+ years of experience in RF design and test 2+ years of experience with IC Test 2+ years of experience in ATE testing, test methodology, electronics design, or product development 2+ years of experience with lab equipment such as mixed‑signal oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, VNAs, TDRs 2+ years of experience with electrical simulation tools such as HFSS, ADS, PowerSI 3+ years of experience with board design using Cadence Allegro Preferred Qualifications Understanding of Digital, Analog, Mixed signal, high speed testing, tester hardware design Programming skills with scripting language such as Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW Job Details Job Type: Experienced Hire Shift: Shift 1 (United States of America) Primary Location: US, Arizona, Phoenix Benefits Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $115,110.00–219,550.00 USD (the range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations) Competitive pay, stock bonuses, and benefit programs which include health, retirement, and vacation.
