The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth across individual, institutional, and corporate giving, with a focus on raising $20M annually. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in fundraising, including the ability to personally close six- and seven-figure gifts. The VP will work closely with the CEO and the President to set ambitious revenue goals, align fundraising priorities with the organization's long-term vision, and foster a culture of philanthropy. Key responsibilities include defining and implementing a comprehensive development strategy, leading and inspiring the development team, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure the company's mission is effectively supported. Applicants for the Vice President, Development position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in fundraising, development, or revenue-generating leadership roles, particularly within social impact or philanthropy.
