The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth across individual, institutional, and corporate giving, with a focus on raising $20M annually. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in fundraising, including the ability to personally close six- and seven-figure gifts. The VP will work closely with the CEO and the President to set ambitious revenue goals, align fundraising priorities with the organization's long-term vision, and foster a culture of philanthropy. Key responsibilities include defining and implementing a comprehensive development strategy, leading and inspiring the development team, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure the company's mission is effectively supported.
