This role works with general supervision to generate accurate data, maintain laboratory readiness, and support project timelines.Primary ResponsibilitiesFollow all company, site, and laboratory safety requirements and report hazards promptlyConduct experiments, testing, and analyses according to approved proceduresCompile, analyze, and document test and experiment resultsSupport technical service, application development, QC, and R&D projectsMaintain calibrated, operational laboratory equipment and toolsEnsure material identification, lot traceability, and accurate recordkeepingMaintain cleanliness and organization of assigned lab areasCommunicate project status, issues, and results in a timely mannerMinimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDAt least 1 year of experience in a laboratory, production, or R&D environmentAbility to follow written procedures, maintain detailed records, and meet safety standardsAbility to perform light to moderate physical tasks and wear required PPEAuthorization to work in the United StatesPreferred RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a STEM fieldCoursework or experience in chemistry and/or mathematicsExperience with routine equipment calibrationExposure to technical service or R&D laboratory workPay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.The salary for this role is $18.95/hr.In addition to your salary, H.B.
