Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) AdvisorWind Farm Projects | U.S. Midwest & Central RegionsCompensation: $40/hour + OvertimeVehicle and accommodations provided or reimbursed.We are seeking experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Advisors to support wind farm projects across the U.S. Midwest and Central regions. This is a traveling, field-based role providing onsite EHS leadership, coaching, compliance oversight, and support for blade campaigns and large corrective maintenance activities.The ideal candidate is safety-driven, experienced in wind energy operations, and comfortable working in high-performance field environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite EHS support across multiple wind farm locationsConduct daily EHS activities including:Safety observationsSite inspectionsAuditsDocumentation and reportingDeliver toolbox talks, EHS briefings, and up-tower safety coachingLead or support incident investigations and corrective action implementationPartner with site operations teams to strengthen proactive safety cultureEnsure compliance with company EHS protocols, OSHA regulations, and industry standardsQualificationsMinimum 3 years of EHS experience, preferably in wind energyValid GWO Certification (required)Ability to climb wind turbines and work at heightsStrong understanding of:OSHA regulationsWind farm operationsEHS best practicesValid driver’s licenseAbility to travel extensivelyStrong communication, coaching, and documentation skillsTraining & Competency RequirementsSGRE Training Level: Green – EHS Advisor ProfileNSC Defensive Driving CertificationWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly compensationOvertime opportunitiesVehicle provided or reimbursedTravel and accommodations coveredSafety equipment providedOpportunity to work on major wind energy projects across the U.S.on overall.
