CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

We are looking for a Nursing Assistant to join our team and provide quality care to our patients in a nursing home, long-term care facility, clinic, or home health setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting with medical procedures, and helping to maintain a safe and clean environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing the highest quality of care. Responsibilities: Assist with patient care in a nursing home, long-term care facility, clinic, or home health setting. Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). Assist with the transfer of patients from beds to wheelchairs and other mobility devices. Monitor vital signs and document changes in patient condition. Assist with personal hygiene and grooming. Help with medication administration and documentation.
