Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Leasing Manager based in Dyersburg, TN. The role involves managing residential property leases, ensuring compliance with lease agreements, conducting market research, overseeing property management operations, fostering tenant relationships to improve resident retention, and addressing tenant inquiries or concerns promptly. The Property Leasing Manager will work closely with property owners and colleagues to achieve high occupancy rates and provide excellent property management services. Qualifications Proficiency in Leases and Lease AdministrationFamiliarity with Market Research and property market analysisSkills in Property Management and the ability to oversee day-to-day operationsExperience in Resident Retention, including building and maintaining tenant relationshipsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in property management software and office productivity toolsPrevious experience in the property management or real estate industry is preferredBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
