SUMMARY  Mortenson is currently seeking a Construction Coordinator in our Power Delivery group with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.     This position offers opportunities at both levels 1 and 2, allowing candidates to apply based on their experience and qualifications. Compensation for this role is determined based on factors such as experience and location.   Travel:  100% travel required RESPONSIBILITIES Collect and organize punch lists, inventory, work production plans for easy retrieval and documenting  Process invoices and billing under the supervision of project manager and/or project accountant  Train in new project admins/clerks   Perform basic field quality and safety inspections  Maintain supporting documentation (field books, daily reports, safety logs, blueprints and estimates)  Arrange trucking, order fulfillment, and equipment delivery  Promote Mortenson’s safety culture  Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels     QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent  OR a Non-scientific or math skills-related college degree (e.g., fine arts, philosophy, business)   OR a 2-year degree in construction  Construction experience preferred   Strong Microsoft Office and internet skills   Ability to learn and utilize different types of computer software used in Construction Management to support any aspect of a construction project   Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally  Ability to effectively handle detailed information and meet deadlines  Ability to multitask   Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback  Ability to travel up to 100%   Construction Coordinator I  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (see above) The base pay range for this role is $27.55 - $37.21/HR Construction Coordinator II MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: previous experience as a Construction Coordinator I   The base pay range for this role is $30.77 - $41.54/HR  (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).  Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.  This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.  A few benefits offered include:  (for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week) Medical and prescription drug plans that includes no additional cost vision coverage  Dental plan  401k retirement plan with a generous Mortenson match  Paid time off, holidays, and other paid leaves  Employer paid Life, AD&D, and disability insurance  No-Cost mental health tool and concierge with extensive work-life resources Tuition reimbursement  Adoption Assistance   Gym Membership Discount Program    #LI-TD1 #LI-onsite  Please make note:  Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.  Our postings are typically open a minimum of 5 days and an average of 44 days.   ABOUT MORTENSON As a top builder, developer, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), our expertise spans markets like sports, renewable energy, data centers, healthcare, and more.
