Join us in fueling our mission to protect dreams and restore lives, while building your career in an environment that values collaboration, innovation, and personal growth.Be part of a team that makes a real difference.Job Description As a Product Manager at Enlyte you will support the product development of new strategies and enhancements and assist with go‐to‐market and launch plans.Collaborate with team members to create product roadmap and visionDeliver products and services known for their customer‐focus and innovative capabilitiesWork with marketing teams, sales personnel, and customers to identify new opportunitiesCommunicate and train sales and service teams on new features and business processesPartner with other product managers on portfolio strategyConduct financial analysis and forecasting for your specific productQualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree2+ years of work experience in product management, preferably in the P&C insurance industry or related fieldStrong knowledge of P&C networks and industry trendsExperience working with sales and service teams in a P&C insurance organizationKey strengths: Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities within P&C networksStrategic thinking and problem‐solving skills to inform business decisions and drive business growthExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external teamsFlexible and responsive approach to work, with the ability to adapt quickly in response to changing market conditions and customer needsBenefits We're committed to supporting your ultimate well‐being through our total compensation package offerings that support your health, wealth and self. Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full‐time or part‐time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $91,000 – $110,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.The Company is an equal opportunity employer.
