Faculty Outpatient Neurology position in East Texas 90 mi from Dallas Texas health system is hiring a BE/BC General Neurologist to join their outpatient Neurological Institute faculty team growing in beautiful east Texas. About the Position:Currently 6 Neurologists (3 Neurohospitalist, 1 general, 2 movement disorder specialists) 95% outpatient, 5% inpatient Monday-Friday (8 a.m.-5 p.m.) High patient volume due to expanding practice Patients: 18+ years old, 12-18 new and follow up mix per day Call: Shared night call coverage with outpatient and inpatient physicians One weekend call every other month - inpatient Neurology Residency potentially starting in 2024 Opportunity to teach and work with residents Ideal candidate: EEG and EMG/NCU skills preferred Compensation Package may include:Base salary + wRVU production incentive CME allowance Sign-on bonus Medical debt assistance + Consultative services by Navigate Student Loans Relocation allowance Residency stipend Paid malpractice coverage Health benefits + Retirement plan Marketing + practice growth assistance - H-1B support via the H-1B lottery- O-1 About the Facility: 432 licensed-bed facility with a Comprehensive Stroke Center and Level 1 Trauma Center.
