Front of House/ Barista We are seeking a part-time barista/farmers market crew member to join our team. Weekend availability is required! The FOH Team is the first point of contact, they set the tone for our Guests' experience, ensuring each guest leaves happier than they were when they came in the door. Workstations are consistently clean and staged. Memorized pricing of all beverages and pastries. *Able to deliver basic knowledge of all bread, pastry, beverage, and coffee offerings. Consistently completing Opening and Closing tasks to expectation. *Daily Task Lists are consistently completed *You manintain a clean and orderly workplace, and take food safety as a priority. *On Time and Ready for Shifts consistently. *Positive Feedback from your Team and Leadership. *Consistent and quality beverages delivered on time.
