You drive it.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESPosition Summary:The OTG Host at IAH has a critical role to play in our company's groundbreaking transformation of the airport experience. The OTG Host must possess strong interpersonal skills, a sunny disposition, and a positive outlook all the while adhering to the OTG Core Steps of Service. They must ensure that each guest enjoys an outstanding OTG Experience by creating a warm and friendly environment that leaves the strongest of impressions on our guests.Responsibilities:Welcome guests at the entrance of our establishments.Maintain a clean and orderly front door areaMaintain a solid product knowledgeEvenly manage the workload between serversAid servers, when necessary while maintaining a watchful eye on the entrance to the restaurantCommunicate guest concerns and complaints to managers immediatelyMaintain a clean, neat, well-groomed appearanceMaintain knowledge of airport, terminal, and restaurants; offer information, recommendations, etc.Qualifications and Requirements:Must know the restaurant's menu and floor planMust be fully conversational in EnglishMust be mobile and able to stand for extended periodsMust be able to work varied hours/days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather conditionsHourly pay $13.25OTG Concessions Management, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates are proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace and employer.
