Project Management Analyst

Terms of Employment• W2 Contract, 12 months • This position is hybrid with Tuesday-Thursday in office.• The office is located in Mays Landing, NJ OverviewOur client is seeking a Project Management Analyst to provide critical support for transmission and substation line-of-business projects. This is a dynamic opportunity to act as a foundational member of a large project team, driving the success of essential infrastructure initiatives within the Atlantic City Electric Region. You will play a key role in ensuring project efficiency by coordinating across multiple functions and maintaining precise tracking of project milestones.The selected candidate will be responsible for providing support to 2-3 Project Managers. This involves organizing project data, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment, and facilitating clear communication between internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within scope.Responsibilities• Provide comprehensive PMA support for 2-3 Project Managers focusing on Miscellaneous Transmission and Substation projects.• Track project progress and milestones to ensure all deliverables are met on time.• Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and both internal and external stakeholders.• Organize and prioritize project-related tasks to maintain a high level of efficiency across the regional portfolio.• Utilize technical software and database tools to manage project documentation and data.Required Skills & Experience• BA in Business or a related field.• Specific experience within Technical or Software environments.• PMP Certification• Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Access.• Proven experience with project tracking methodologies.• Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.• Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and superior time management and prioritization abilities.
