Senior Staffing Specialist
Location:Dover, NH
Schedule:Monday–Friday | In‑Person
Compensation:$55,000–$65,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Management
Own the full‑cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, placement, and retention
Proactively fill open job orders to meet client needs and deadlines
Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in person using effective assessment techniques
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships, ensuring CoWorx remains an employer of choice
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within the ATS and internal operational processes
May be responsible for payroll management for working talent, depending on location
Collaboration & Values
Work closely with the Talent Coordinator to ensure a seamless candidate experience and efficient onboarding
Contribute to a collaborative, one‑team environment by supporting colleagues and shared goals
Champion the CoWorx Three S’s: Service, Sales, and Speed
Demonstrate company values through service to clients, Field Talent, and internal teams
Escalate safety and risk concerns promptly and appropriately
Maintain a basic understanding of workplace HR practices, including issues related to harassment, safety, and termination
Perform additional branch duties as needed to support overall performance and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
1–2 years of relevant experience
Strong ability and desire to work closely with clients and candidates
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong time management, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
Ability to travel locally for client visits and recruiting events
