Job DescriptionNow Hiring: Industrial Carousel Saw Operator - Foam ManufacturingLocation: Auburn, IN Pay: $17.00/hour (3rd Shift) Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Overtime: Available as needed We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Industrial Carousel Saw Operator to join our team in a fast-paced foam manufacturing facility. This position plays a key role in cutting and processing foam materials to meet customer specifications. Basic Function Operate fabrication saws to cut and slit foam to precise dimensions while maintaining quality and efficiency standards. Principal Job Duties and Responsibilities Learn and operate fabrication equipment including carousel saw. Cut foam components to meet customer specifications and dimensional requirements Maintain accuracy and quality throughout the production process Retrieve and move finished product, including operating a forklift when needed Monitor and minimize material waste during cutting operations Scan and track product to correct inventory locations Review daily inventory reports and verify unlocated materials Required Skills and Qualifications Ability to use basic math skills for counting and measuring materials Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram instructions Good problem-solving skills with a practical approach Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physical Requirements Heavy pushing and pulling of 50 to 80 pound foam blocks Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift Additional Information No supervisory responsibilities Overtime may be required based on production needs If you are looking for a stable opportunity with room to grow in a manufacturing environment, apply today to join our team! #Auburn Meet Your RecruiterlmelchiLocally-owned since 1986, Pro Resources is an employment services firm specializing in short-term, long-term and direct hire staffing in the Industrial, Clerical and Professional job markets.
