UX Strategist (Salesforce) – Remote (U.S.) – ContractSkills – UX, UX Strategy, UX Strategist, Salesforce, Salesforce Lightning, RemoteMy client who is a Global IT/Digital Consulting firm is currently looking to on board an experienced UX Strategist with hands on experience in Salesforce.This role will allow individuals to work 100% remotely. You must be U.S. based in order to be considered for this requirement.The Role:Leads the design of innovative solutions across our client’s Sales, Service and Wealth platforms that address user, product, and business problemsCollaborates with product managers, solution architects, and stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and constraintsData driven: you are skilled at articulating design decisions that are grounded in user research, business goals and platform constraints; creating alignment across stakeholdersProvides guidance and expertise to effectively engage stakeholders on product design to achieve product goalsUtilizes the Salesforce platform, Trailheads, and the Lightning design system (SLDS2) as part of the regular design workEnsures user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs effectively communicate design rationale and design and interactions standardsThe Candidate:10+ years of creating experiences for digital products for internal users5+ years of work experience working with product leaders and technologyBachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experienceStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a teamExperience with UX research methods and past close collaboration with research teamsTrack record in fostering positive collaborative outcomes in an agile environment across multiple projectsExpert communicator, both written and orally, to all levels throughout the organizationKnowledge of and experience working with Salesforce and the lightning design systemProficient in the latest design and process tools such as Figma, MS Teams, Confluence and JiraHourly Rate – $75-$85 Per Hour All Inclusive (Corp to Corp)Please send resumes directly to patrick.hindmarsh@stottandmay.com and we can look to run through the specifics.I look forward to hearing from you.Skills – UX, UX Strategy, UX Strategist, Salesforce, Salesforce Lightning, RemoteUX Strategist (Salesforce) – Remote (U.S.) – Contract
