ATM Operations Technician

Job Title: ATM Operations Staff Augmentation ContractorsLocation: Fully onsite M-FWork Arrangement: 100% on-siteShift: 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidaysDay Shift, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM EDT Night Shift, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM EDT ResponsibilitiesManage ATM enterprise operations to ensure optimal performance and availability. Monitor ATM performance using relevant consoles or dashboards. Detect, isolate, document, escalate, and resolve ATM operational issues, incidents, and outages. Create and update incident and service tickets using ESQ Operations Bridge, NCR @YourService, and Branch & ATM Status Page. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve ATM system outages per established policies and procedures. Dispatch services for ATM component failures and outages; update incident tickets with resolution details. Perform and document results of security-related tests, providing comprehensive reports. Update the Branch and ATM status page with near real-time faults and outages. Qualifications1-2 years of experience in ATM and/or network monitoring. Strong customer service and call center communication skills. Ability to respond promptly and accurately under high-pressure situations. Capable of managing tasks and priorities effectively. Proficiency in documenting and applying policies, standards, and procedures. Exposure to system availability and performance validation. Working knowledge of enterprise systems, terminals, and IT terminology. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated initiative and sound judgment in decision-making. Proven ability to achieve results and meet goals. Experience supporting global 24/7/365 member/customer-focused services is a plus. Familiarity with ATM and enterprise system monitoring tools is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Unusual Working ConditionsDesignated as “Essential Personnel,” requiring flexible scheduling (days, nights, weekends, and holidays) in response to business needs, emergencies, or reduced site operations. Rotating schedule, including working every other weekend. Additional RequirementsCandidates must be able to work full time onsite M-F and Every other weekend.
